Over Hauling my Diet
Alright, so my diet is about to go in to a HUGE overhaul. my stomach is not able to digest complex, fatty, fried or any kind of bad for you foods. No more fast foods, only healthy not so heavy meals. No pizzas, or BK burgers.. i do not eat them all the time but when i do my whole system gets just miserable. i feel miserable and bloat.. i can't even do pastas to much right now. I need light foods, i am thinking TONS of fruits, and some veggies (as some veggies cause gas--and i do NOT need anymore problems in there).. small sandwiches, light drinks of coarse no soda (i don't think them anywho). Light juices and water i am not able to drink milks or any diary products right now as they do NOT stay with me its like insta sick. I think if i switch from say my corned beef hash for a side on breakfast to saw a bit of watermelon i would feel alot better. I hope this helps me feel better. No more chips just nothing fake, fatty, fried or heavy.
